The Synchrony Women’s Retreat is a transformative two-day journey combining movement, art, horse interaction, and somatic healing to help you reconnect with your authentic self.
Guided by compassionate facilitators and inspired by the desert’s stillness, you’ll be invited to let go, listen to your body, and move toward your “yes” — the deep alignment of mind, body, and spirit.
