Saddle up for the Frost On The Pumpkin Hunter Pace, a spectacular fall horseback riding event hosted by the Newtown Bridle Lands Association! Ride through the beautiful forests and fields of Newtown while enjoying a day full of fun, prizes, and festive activities.

- Activities Include:
- Scenic Hunter Pace through forests and fields
- Delicious country luncheon by Tambascio’s Restaurant
- Live music and vendors
- Costume contests and team prizes
- Ribbons for Hunt, Western, Pleasure, and Junior Divisions (up to 10 places)
- Special awards: Young at Heart & Youngest Achiever
- Team Requirements:
- Teams of 2–3 riders
- Western teams must include at least one western rider
- Junior teams must include at least one rider under 18; riders under 16 require an adult
- Each rider must complete a separate entry form
- Registration:
- Closes Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 9:00 PM
- No same-day registrations
- Start packages require signed Release of Liability
Rules & Safety
- Helmets required for all riders
- Proper trail etiquette required
- Horses must be in good condition; officials can disqualify distressed animals
- Passing other teams must be done at a WALK
- No dogs allowed
- Event conducted rain or shine

- Discounted 2025 memberships available at the Secretary’s Table
- Non-riders must purchase lunch tickets if staying for luncheon
- Release of Liability must be signed by all participants; junior riders require parent/guardian signature
- Photos and videos may be used for NBLA promotional purposes
