About the Clinic
What if slowing down with your horse changed everything?
This clinic focuses on developing authentic partnership – learning to feel, listen, and respond to your horse with awareness and intention.
You’ll explore how energy, body language, and breath form the quiet foundation of communication between horse and human.
Participants will learn how to:
- Read both their own body and their horse’s cues with empathy
- Build confidence in groundwork and ridden connection
- Cultivate energy awareness and calmness
- Understand how horses mirror human emotion and energy
- Move from pressure to presence — and feel the difference instantly
This isn’t about doing more – it’s about learning to be more connected, grounded, and aware.
You’ll Explore
- Breathwork and body scan techniques
- Micro-movements to release tension
- Five Element Theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Somatic (body-based) awareness tools
- Groundwork and mounted exercises guided by horse feedback
- Real-time coaching from Jasmine Desirae and Stevie Johns
