Big ‘Cap Day is the premier racing event at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California, centered around the historic Santa Anita Handicap (the “Big ‘Cap”). Established in 1935, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious Grade I dirt races for older horses in the United States.
